1447 Tenor Trombone

Getzen Trombone placeholder image

New for 2024 is the 1447 Eterna Series Trombone

Working in conjunction with college professors and the trombone studios of two major universities led to the development of the first large bore straight tenor Getzen trombone in decades. Initially conceived as a trombone for the marching field, the 1447 turned out to be so much more. Thanks to its impressive features and build quality, the 1447 is just as at home on the field with some of the nation’s top college marching bands as it is on a stage for solo or orchestral performances. This new trombone is a perfect choice anywhere a player wants the open, easy blow of a large bore tenor with the nimbleness and flexibility of a straight horn.
